You are Never Starting Over, Simply Starting Fresh
Today we explore the idea that we’re never truly “starting over” — we’re simply starting fresh, carrying forward the wisdom we’ve already earned. Sharing vulnerably about my relationship with Facebook, old shame and resentment.
Opening up about releasing long-held shame from college and how growth isn’t about erasing the past, but about integrating the lessons while consciously letting go of what no longer serves. This episode is an invitation to honor who you’ve been, acknowledge how far you’ve come, and choose what you’re ready to put down so you can move forward with more flow, alignment and freedom.
