A powerful 7-week adventure utilizing the Chakra system as a framework for your inner growth and transformation, mind, body and energy — using yoga, hypnosis, mindset, and energy work.
Each week, we’ll focus on one Chakra center — from Root to Crown — and unlock new levels of power, creativity, and clarity.
Diving into each Chakra, to subconsciously elevate mindset, allow energetic flow and embody aligned empowerment.

Nope! Everything is guided and beginner friendly, while empowering those with some knowledge to learn new tools and go deeper.

All of the calls will have replays available, along with an opportunity to send in your questions before the weekly coaching calls if you can’t make it live. Coaching call/Q&A’s will be 60-90 mins each.
Each hypnosis activations will be a recorded audio delivered weekly.
Yoga/movement practices and energetic practices will be live weekly on Zoom with recordings available, 20-40 mins each.

“Aligned & Empowered” is a 7-week online wellness program that integrates yoga, somatic movement, guided hypnosis, mindset coaching, and energy work. It is a personal development journey designed to support individuals in enhancing their self-awareness, emotional wellbeing, and energetic alignment.
2. Participant Agreement
By enrolling in this program, I, the participant, agree to the following:
I am voluntarily participating in the Aligned & Empowered program.
I understand that the practices offered (yoga, hypnosis, meditation, energy work, etc.) are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
I confirm that I am mentally and physically capable of participating in this program, and I take full responsibility for my own health and wellbeing during and after sessions.
I understand that all video Zoom calls will be recorded and shared with future program participants.
3. Medical Disclaimer
I understand that this program does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.
I agree to consult my physician or healthcare provider before starting any new wellness program, especially if I have preexisting health conditions, am pregnant, or recovering from an injury.
4. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge and agree that:
Participation in physical practices such as yoga and somatic movement carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury or emotional discomfort.
I voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, associated with my participation in this program.
5. Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law under the jurisdiction of Montana:
I release, waive, and hold harmless the program facilitator Kelsey Marie Holmes, Elevate You LLC, including any employees, contractors, or assistants, from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, emotional distress, or damages arising out of or related to my participation in the Aligned & Empowered program.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
I understand that any group sessions, discussions, or materials shared are intended to be private and confidential.
I agree not to record, duplicate, or distribute any part of the program content or participant contributions without explicit written consent.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of this digital, transformational program, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, audios, workbooks, and live session materials, are the intellectual property of Kelsey Marie Holmes, Elevate You LLC.
I agree not to copy, distribute, or share any program content without written permission.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Montana.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Flathead County Montana.
10. Acknowledgment & Consent
By enrolling in and participating in the Aligned & Empowered 7-Week Chakra Journey, I confirm that:
I have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Liability Waiver.
I am of legal age (18+) and voluntarily enter into this agreement.
I understand that I may request clarification on any aspect of this agreement before signing or enrolling.
