Weekly yoga classes, Q&A's and somatic practices, to empower you to grow strength and flexibility for both on & off the mat. -Live yoga practices focused on alignment, presence & deepening body awareness. Followed by Q&A to ask any questions about yoga, mindset or the other practices. -Weekly short flows, 15-45 min yoga practices to easily integrate powerful practices into busy schedules. -Weekly somatic practices to elevate mind/body connection, breath work, self massage, and more.

The live Yoga Class and Q&A sessions are held on Zoom on Sundays at 9 AM MST. Replays will be posted shortly after the calls end.

Sunday classes will be a hour long Yoga Asana class followed by 30-60 minute Q&A (depending on how many questions there are.

Somatic (of or relating to the body) practices in the Embodied Empowerment membership include breath work and pranayama, body based meditations, self massage, and more.
Each week new a new practice is posted inside the membership space for you to connect more deeply to your body.

Each practice will have modifications, variations and encouragement for you to feel and listen to your body. With Sunday’s Q&A you can ask specific questions about motificaitons for injuries or abilities.
Kelsey has extensive experience working with the body (massage therapist for 7 years, teaching yoga for 8, coaching movement for over 20 years). With deep knowledge and understanding of the body and mind, as well as remembering what it is like to be new to a movement and personal development practice.

At the bottom of each class/video page is a comment section, you are encouraged to share reflections, experiences and insights you received from the practice as well as ask any questions that came up during the practice.
