Grounding Anxious Energy (Getting out of the head and into the body)
Understanding my anxiety has been an adventure. Until 2020 I would’ve never considered myself an anxious person…at least not on the surface, I was pretty good at stuffing that shit down😉.

But then the world, my career as a massage therapist and my life flipped upside down and inside out, and BOOM 💥 extreme anxiety and completely debilitating panic attacks took center stage of life.
After a few incredibly rocky months, I realized I had been stuck in living completely out of my mind, disconnected from my body and the somatic practices that used to keep me grounded.
